Unity Care Support is a registered NDIS provider and was founded in 2024 with a vision to prioritize the well-being and independence of every participant, creating a warm and supportive environment, known for its compassionate and reliable services, enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need. It is owned by a Registered Nurse with over 10 years experience in the Age Care, Hospital and Community Care industry.

Initiate and encourage discussions with the participant, their family, support workers, allied health, and all those involved and share their ideas and skills to achieve common goals; to provide the best care and support for the participant.

Accessibility

Participants must be able to obtain the full information, equally, and independently about their care and benefits; and also address barriers to access to this information.

Reliability

We will always strive to provide consistent quality care and support in any given situation

Empowerment

Regularly consult the participant's wishes, concerns, and interests and with this, support and equip health workers so they may confidently support these as well.
