Who we are

Our Story

Unity Care Support is a registered NDIS provider founded in 2024 with a vision to support the well-being, independence, choice and quality of life of every participant.

We are committed to providing compassionate, reliable and person-centred supports in a safe, respectful and supportive environment.

Unity Care Support is owned and led by a Registered Nurse with more than 10 years of experience across aged care, hospital and community care settings.

Living with a disability may involve different support needs at different stages of life. Our team provides person-centred supports tailored to each participant’s individual needs, goals and preferences. We work collaboratively with participants, families and their support networks to promote independence, choice, community participation and overall well-being.

Our Support Approach

We take a person-centred approach, working alongside each participant to understand their goals, preferences and support needs. Our team focuses on promoting independence, dignity, choice and meaningful participation in everyday life.
